To create something incredible, work with the best people and gather your ideas from unusual places. Don't just look at the competition, look at your customers. Think about what will make people feel so excited and engaged that they'd be happy to share that experience with everyone that they know - instantly. 

 

I'd never worked in a coffee shop before, but I understand how to create reactions. I utilised everything I'd learned from the amazing people and clients at Cake, Exposure, JCPR and MS&L to build a communications focussed retail business. Something’s worked, some didn’t - but through evaluation, persistence and constant refinement Attendant succeeded to become an inspiring purpose driven retail brand.
